Tell the world who you are!
I'm A Mama Of 3 Who Loves Capturing All Life's Colors. Growing Up In Dallas, Texas, I Had Low Self-Esteem And Was Afraid To Truly Be Myself Around Others For Fear That They'd Reject Me. I Grew Up Like Most Girls, Thinking That They Had To Change Or Add To Themselves To Be Beautiful And Accepted. The Names I Was Called By Peers And Family Members Alike, The Rejection And Abandonment That I Went Through, ALL Of It Contributed To How I Felt About And Saw Myself.
Over the years, I've come to realize that beauty is not how I look on the outside, but it's WHO I AM. Now I dedicate my life and my business and showing other women that they, too, are beautiful no matter where they are in life or what they've been through.
What led you to pursue photography?
My mother was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in 2020. I started my portrait business
to uplift and encourage other women going through huge changes in their lives that affect their bodies, mental health, and the way they view themselves. Our mission is to help women one self-love portrait experience at a time find the joy in who they are, no matter what they have been through or may be going through, to celebrate their beauty, strength and resilience in every season and every color of life.

How do you use your gift of photography to impact others?
Every year we do portrait fundraisers for breast cancer survivors to feel beautiful again and to celebrate their journey and their story and resilience. This is one of my highlights every year and I love being able to do for other women what I did for my mom when she was first diagnosed.
Is there anything you would change about your career in photography?
Reach more women!!
What are three things you wish others knew about the photography industry?
It’s more than just clicking a button on a camera! We do sooo much more including posing, editing, making a vision come to life, project management, etc.!
What advise you would share with someone currently seeking a photographer
Definitely do your fair share of stalking! See if they have the vibe and style you’re looking for. At the end of the day, you want to find someone you’re comfortable with! Not everyone can capture what you’re looking for.
